This Information & Coordination unit is being left directly under
a Coordinations Engineer who reports to the State Director of Works. This
section is responsible for the development & advancement of IT
Technology & upto date Info on Projects' performance in the Public
Works Department of Negeri Sembilan with full coordination with PWD Malaysia.
The main functions of this section is to:-
To collect projects' data from all the districts, compile & deliver
in proper to all relevant Government Agencies especially to PWD Malaysia
via "SKALA".
Prepare and maintain records of RMK 7 development projects for the
entire State.
Creation and maintenance of the Public Works Department's official
Home Page.
Coordinate all users for "GroupWise Webaccess" and other
network systems.
Coordinate and prepare documentations for ISO, JKR Business Plan
and various other reports as it is required by our parent agency and other
state government agencies.
