The department is headed by the Director, Ir. Zamri b. Darus. He is assisted by the six assistant directors (Pen.Pengarah's), officers of various discipline, majority being Civil Engineers. The State JKR Headquarter is further sub-divided into Sections responsible for their various portfolios.  The main sections of PWD Negeri Sembilan are : Road Section Building Section Architect Section Quantity Surveying.Section Education Works Section Eletrical Section Mechanical Section Gemencheh Central Quarry Info & IT Section To enhance the development of infrastructures in all the districts in Negeri Sembilan, district engineers are appointed to ensure that projects are carried out and completed efficiently and economically.
