We are able to rectify the problems or commence repairs immediately once complaint is received from the public.The toll free operations room is located at JKR Cawangan Mekanikal Negeri, Jalan Tuanku Antah, Seremban. This operation room is open for 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. Members of the public can dial this operations room from any part of Malaysia with only a charge of a local call. So, if you do have a complaint on the pot-holes; traffic lights not functioning or any other utilities maintained by PWD Negeri Sembilan, do call us at the above number and we guarantee action will be taken immediately.
