Client Charter
  1. Completion of projects in the agreeable fixed period of time.
  2. Reasonable costs in terms of moneyvalue.
  3. Quality is maintained interms of function.
  4. To design projects/infrastructures which are Safe, Cost effective and Economical in terms of design and structure.
  5. Payments to Contractors is in accordance with the Conditions of Contract and guaranteed systematic Cost Control.
  6. Supervision is maintained at a high level of Standard to yield Quality Construction Works in accordance with Specifications.
  7. All defects to buildings shall be rectified good within 7 days from date of complaint received.
  8. Action shall be taken to clear fallen trees from road surface not in more than 12 hours after receiving complaint.
  9. If landslide happened, action shall be taken in not more than 24 hours after receiving complaint.
  10. Action shall be taken to patch potholes on road pavement not more than 7 days days after receiving complaint.
  11. Any scheduled road closing shall be announced in massmedia at least 4 days before it is done. Closing of roads for more than 30 days, it shall be gazetted and announced in massmedia at least 4 days before proceeding the works.
  12. Feedback from JKR for roadside development application through Local Authority such as Municipal Council and District Office shall be commented in not more than 4 weeks after receiving it.
  13. All road repairs shall be properly equipped with warning signboards.
