Project Management
In managing projects, we are involved in the planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring the projects. In any project implementation we have to balance the time, resources, and quality triad to realize the projects as per our objectives and clients' needs.
There are two main modes to execute our projects:
- Conventional mode
- Design and Build mode
Conventional
Using conventional method, all the planning and designing phases are done in-house. The construction phase is done by our contractors, normally through the tender process. For supervision and monitoring, we have the options of either to do it ourselves or engage the consultant to perform it.
Design and Build
For the Design and Build projects, we set the needs statement. The rest of the processes starting from planning, design, and constrcution, and monitroing are done by contractor. During the constrcution stage, we act as the quality auditor and to certain extent monitor the projects.
All the phases of project management, whether done conventional mode or thorugh design and build mode, is bounded by our Quality Management System (QMS) or Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (SPK). This system is our effort to have consistent and high quality products through process control.
