2.       To be informed JKR Malaysia is currently in progress to achieve higher percentage grading index for System Star Rating- SSR 2015. Therefore, we make a survey about JKR staff satisfaction level (Employee Satisfaction Index- ESI) to improve services in this department.  

3.       Therefore, JKR staff FEDERAL inauguration is compulsory to answer the ESI survey via online in JKR website or via URL address http://survey.jkr.gov.my/index.asp?pid= 7 by using INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER before or at the latest 30^th October 2015.
