Project handing over ceremony for the Country Homes Police Building Workshop, Rawang, Selangor was held on 19 January 2018 (Friday) at Country Homes Police Station compound. The project was successfully handed over with ‘3 in 1’ documents, namely:
1. Certificate Practical Completion (CPC)
2. As-Built Drawing and Operation Manual & Maintenance (OMM)
3. Statement of Final Account (SOFA)
The ceremony was completed by signing a project submission letter between the Deputy Director of Selangor State Government, YBrs. Ir. Rozita binti Mat Senapi and Deputy Secretary of Development Division II, Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), YBrs. Mrs. Rafea'ah binti Nahar. The key submission ceremony was also held between the main contractor, Jutabina Sempurna Sdn. Bhd and the Selangor State Department of Public Works of Selangor.
The submission of Project Re-tender for Country Homes Police Station Building Works, Rawang, Selangor is another continuation of the development of projects in this department, in order to provide the needs of office space to PDRM residents in the framework of providing the convenience and comfort. The ultimate goal is the department’s outcome and output, as well as better quality and innovative services for the stakeholders.
Congratulations to KDN, PDRM, JKR and contractors as well as all parties involved in providing unwavering collaboration and commitment in the successful implementation of the Country Homes Town Hall Building. The delivery of this project is also expected to provide the convenience of the Police personnel to enhance the safety of the City Country Homes community.
