HANDOVER CEREMONY FOR THE SLOPE REMEDIAL WORKS AND RELATED WORKS AT QUARTERS PREMISES ADDRESSED JKR 2925, JALAN PERSIARAN LEDANG, BUKIT LEDANG, KUALA LUMPUR

The handover ceremony to the client of the above mentioned completed project was held on 31 July 2024 (Wednesday) at the Jentayu Meeting Room, Level 17, JKR Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

YBhg. Dato' Ir. Hj. Norman bin Hj. Md Rabani, Director, JKR WPKL has handed over this project to Tuan Sharez Izuan bin Md Zaidi, Division Deputy Secretary, Quarters Management Section, Property Management Division, Prime Minister’s Department.

This project was successfully handed over to the client as 7 in 1 which includes:

1. Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC);
2. As-Built Drawing;
3. Statement of Final Account (SOFA);
4. Completed without Extension of Time;
5. Cost Savings from Contract Cost;
6. Zero Lost Time Injury and
7. Coffee Table Book
