The Letter of Acceptance (SST) handover ceremony for Project IBU PEJABAT JBPM KUALA LUMPUR was held on 6th October 2023 (Friday) at the Emerald Hall, 18th Floor, Cawangan Kerja Keselamatan, Maju Tower, Ibu Pejabat JKR Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
The ceremony was completed by the Director of Cawangan Kerja Keselamatan YBrs. Ir. Maria Binti Marcus with the presence of YBrs. Tuan Mahadir Bin Mohd Noh, Penguasa Bomba Kanan I, Bahagian Pembangunan, Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia (JBPM) Putrajaya and YBrs. Ir. Nurul Huda binti Amirrudin, Jurutera Awam Penguasa, JKR Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur as the representative of the Client and appointed Superintendent Officer. Also present at this ceremony are YBrs. Ar. Ezzanuddin Lood Bin Mustafa, Arkitek Penguasa Kanan, Bahagian Pengurusan Projek 5, CKS also HOPT and HODT project team.
The ceremony started with the handing over of the Letter of Acceptance to the contractor, BILANG NOMBOR SDN. BHD and Certificate of Appointment of Superintendent Officer to Ir. Nurul Huda binti Amirrudin. The ceremony continued with the signing of the Contractor's Pledge witnessed by YBrs. Ir. Maria Binti Marcus.
The scope of the Project is to construct the Fire Department Headquarters which includes the Administrative Office, Multi-Division Office, State Operations Room, surau and others, Multi-Purpose Hall and also Support Components - Guard House, Garbage house, Service block (TNB) and others. This project has been internally designed by JKR.
Congratulations to the successful contractor, Bilang Nombor Sdn. Bhd. with project implementation period of 130 weeks. The site possession date for this project is 13th October 2023 and will be complete on 9th April 2026.
JKR, as the implementing agency, will bear the responsibility of fulfilling the Government's aspirations, ensuring that this project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards as stipulated in the contract.
