The Letter of Acceptance (SST) Handover Ceremony took place on October 17, 2023 (Tuesday) and was officiated by YBrs. Ir. Shukri bin Ishak, Director of Cawangan Kerja Kesihatan located in Block G, Menara Kerja Raya Malaysia Headquarters. The ceremony was also attended by the Director of JKR Kelantan, Ir. Mohd Suhaili Bin Ismail and the Chief Assistant Secretary, Development Division, Mohd Saiful Bin Mohd Zain representing the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
This Health Clinic Construction Project (Type 3) Wakaf Che Yeh, Kota Bharu (Replacement) involves:
a) The construction of a Health Clinic (KK3) using a "one-off" design with an additional Infectious Disease (ID) component as well as four on-call units.
b) Procurement of Medical and Non-Medical Equipment and
c) Demolish the clinic building and 16 existing quarters units.
The overall scope of this project consists of:
a) The Main Component of the Type 3 Health Clinic (ID) – Infectious Disease (2 Floors) which will allocate for the Mother and Child Clinic, Pharmacy Unit, X-ray Unit, Emergency Unit, Infectious Disease Unit, Outpatient Treatment Clinic, Pathology Laboratory, Dental Treatment Clinic and Rehabilitation Unit.
b) Additional block consisting of ambulance garage, guard house, covered parking lot, garbage house, pump house and electric substation
c) Infrastructure consists of a small sewage treatment tank (SSTS), underground reservoir pool (underground OSD), covered walkway, drainage and sewerage system and tube well.
Congratulations and appreciation are extended to the successful contractor, Jana Tanmia Resources Sdn Bhd and all parties involved. It is hoped that this project can be completed within the agreed period of 157 weeks with perfection and quality as stipulated in the contract.
Congratulations and appreciation also extended to the Head of Project Team 3 led by Ir. Mohamad Salzeli bin Moktar and all the project teams involved.
