MESYUARAT PEMANTAPAN PERANAN PEGAWAI PRESTASI DAN PEGAWAI PEMANTAU RISIKO JKR TAHUN 2023

On 9^th of November 2023 (Thursday), Bahagian Pengurusan Perubahan & Prestasi (BPPP), Cawangan Dasar dan Pengurusan Korporat (CDPK) has conducted Mesyuarat Pemantapan Peranan Pegawai Prestasi Dan Pegawai Pemantau Risiko Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) for the year 2023. The main objective of this meeting is to empower the understanding of roles and responsibilities for performance officers and risk monitoring officers in execution of monitoring and reporting for Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for Penjawat Pengurusan Tertinggi Perkhidmatan Awam (PPTPA) of JKR Malaysia.

Held annually, the meeting was chaired by YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Masri bin Baharuddin (Director of CDPK) and were attended by theme champions, performance officers, and risk monitoring officers of JKR. A total of 60 participants, consisting of secretariats, performance officers, and risk monitoring officers from various branch/state/ federal territories/Pasukan Projek Khas, had joined this hybrid meeting.

Gists of meeting are as below: -:

1. Strategic Management briefing;
2. 2022 Strategic Plan Achievement & 2023 Plan Review briefing;
3. Deep understanding of monitoring and reporting of Business Plan briefing;
4. Deep understanding of monitoring and reporting of ERM Plan briefing;
5. MyKPI 2.0 system filling procedure briefing;
6. Sharing session by Cawangan Kerja Pendidikan and JKR Negeri Pahang regarding execution of Business Plan & ERM Plan; and
7. Introduction of IM–Strategic system briefing.

Organizing this meeting is one of department’s continuous efforts to ensure JKR staffs continue being committed in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities bestowed upon them. Also, ensuring JKR to always remain relevant as country’s leading technical agency.
