Standard Specifications for Building Works 2014 is specification document which has been published by Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR). Improvement on Standard Specifications for Building Works 2005 has been made upon the current specification document to be paralleled with the flourishing development of technologies in construction as compared to the older version of specification document.

Moreover, the specification document is used as a guideline for tender and contract affairs. Not only that, all content in the specification document is s COPYRIGHT OF JKR MALAYSIA. Therefore, any re-edit upon the specification needs an approval by JKR.
