Objective
CREaTE was created to achieve the goal of producing a competent and professional staff to achieve PWD Malaysia's aspiration to become a world-class service provider and a center of excellence in asset management, project management and engineering for the nation's innovative, innovative, creative and innovative human capital infrastructure and technology.
Function
1. Increase ability & ensure employees achieve defined competence.
- Become a leading technical engineering learning center with world-recognized expertise.
- Expose employees through continuous learning based on knowledge, skills, creativity and innovation.
- Certification center and engineering accreditation.
2. Be the center of innovation as well as engineering development and research.
- Provides Research and Development (R & D) facilities for research programs of Applied Research, Innovative Research and Validation Research.
3. Creating excellent human capital and strengthening productivity.
- Optimize the cost of implementing the learning program and train the JKR staff to be competitive with today's challenges.
4. Technical Reference Center
