Objectives

• Implementing development projects and infrastructure.

• Provide technical consultancy services for the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOE), Ministry of Defense (MINDEF), Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Ministry of Housing and Local Government and the Prime Minister's Department (JPM).

• Help customers prepare draft papers and budget development projects.

Functions

• Designing a project implementation program strategy with customers.

• Establish the policy and method of project implementation whether implementation by the Department through consultant or Design & Build Services and so on.

• Manage the preparation of detailed project requirements with the customer's side.

• Coordinate with Expert Sector to plan implementation of design and procurement development.

• Monitor project design progress in Expert Sector.

• Manage the preparation of the (Need Statement) and procurement documents for the implementation of the Design & Build project.

• Coordinate with the Superintendent or its representative at the State and District PWD Headquarters when the project is implemented to ensure that the project is implemented smoothly.

• Monitor construction work and provide technical support services to site supervisors.

• Monitor and provide project reports to customers as well as provide insights / advice on specific issues in order to assist in project implementation immediately.

• Provide technical services and project management to government agencies namely the Home Ministry (KDN), Ministry of Defense (MINDEF), Ministry of Welfare, Housing and Local Government and the Prime Minister's Department.
