The handover ceremony to the client of the above mentioned two (2) completed projects was held on 8 November 2023 (Wednesday) at the Multipurpose Hall, Level 19, JKR Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
YBhg. Dato' Ir. Hj. Norman bin Hj. Md Rabani, Director, JKR WPKL has handed over these two (2) projects to Encik Mohd Sayuti bin Azmi, Senior Principal Assistant Secretary, Cawangan Pengurusan Hartanah dan Aset Alih, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia witnessed by Puan Norzila binti Ali Musa, Principal of Seri Puteri Science Secondary School, Puan Noorfarahana binti Mustapa Kamal, Bangsar Pudu District Education Office WPKL and Ir. Siti Nurulhuda binti Amirrudin, Superintendent Civil Engineer, JKR WPKL
Both projects were successfully handed over to the client as 6 in 1 which includes:
1. Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC);
2. As-Built Drawing;
3. Statement of Final Account (SOFA);
4. Cost savings from project cost;
5. Zero Lost Time Injuries and
6. Coffee Table Book
Well done, and congratulations to all project team members and contractors, Zada Armega Enterprise and Hijrah Perkasa Construction for successfully completing these projects.
Heartfelt thanks to all the project team members from JKR Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur for their commitment and dedication in ensuring the completion of these projects. As of 8 November 2023, four projects have been handed over to the clients, and it is expected that 12 projects will be handing over to the clients in November 2023.
