Road Category under the supervision of PWD Malaysia is of the Federal Roads, Roads to Industrial Area and Land Plan, State Road.
Whereas, highway roads under the supervision of the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) and Municipal Roads under the supervision of local authorities (LAs).
Customers’ Meeting Day made once a month in the Ministry of Public Works.
PWD Malaysia welcomes any suggestions and requests for improvements.

i. Government Building, School Building, Government Quarters, Government Complex
ii. Federal Road, State Road, Damaged Road, Road Safety Unit, Slope, Traffic Light and Street Lights
Complaint management which is not the sole responsibility of the PWD Malaysia (No Wrong Door Policy) will be implemented over the following:

The status of complaints can be checked in the PWD Malaysia portal through its official website via online or directly contact the complaint officer responsible.
Sabah PWD and Sarawak PWD are NOT PWD Malaysia but under the supervision of respective State PWD.
Details of the complainant is kept confidential.
