TIMETABLE OF THE PRICE RATETIMETABLE OF THE PRICE RATETimetable for The Price Rate of Small Constructions and Repairs Timetable for The Price Rate of Small Constructions and Repairs 2014 has been updated once in every two years by Department of Acquisition and Cost, Department of Contracts and Quantity Surveying are based on settings by Ministry of Finance. The Timetable of the Price Rate should be used to calculate costs for all works which have been conducted by ballot, and the Timetable of the Price Rate should ever be used for Alteration Works/Variance Occupations (VO) in any contract which has its fundamental based on list of quantity or plan and specifications. Ballot works means all recondition works for buildings, road, drain, area cleansing, and other fixing works which do not alter the original structure of the building which supposed to be costed below RM 100 000. The Timetable of The Price Rate has been arranged according the list of craftsmanship which has the relation to recondition and modification works. Timetable of The Price Rate for The Construction Works Based on Drawing and Specifications Timetable of The Price Rate for The Construction Works Based on Drawing and Specifications 2015 is part of the documents for contract, based on drawing and specifications which will be used as the foundation in evaluating modification works. Jadual Kadar Harga (JKH) has been updated at least once in two years by Department of Development and Cost Service, CKUB is based on the current market price of construction items, labor wages, and machinery rental. It has been arranged according the list of craftsmanship: Piling, Excavation, Concretor, Bricklayer, Drainlayer, Roofer, Carpenter and Joiner, Ironmongery, Steel and Ironworker, Pavior, Plasterer and Tile Fixer, Plumber, Glazier, Painter and Road, Culvert, Fencing and Turfing. JADUAL KADAR HARGAJADUAL KADAR HARGAJADUAL KADAR HARGA BAGI KEJURUTERAAN AWAM DAN BANGUNAN Jadual Kadar Harga Bagi Kejuruteraan Awam Dan Bangunan Tahun 2016 ini dikemaskini setiap dua tahun sekali oleh Bahagian Khidmat Kos, Cawangan Kontrak dan Ukur Bahan berdasarkan ketetapan Kementerian Kewangan. Jadual Kadar Harga ini hendaklah digunakan untuk perkiraan kos bagi kerja-kerja yang dijalankan secara undi dan tidak sekali-kali boleh digunakan untuk mengira harga bagi kerja-kerja perubahan (VO) di dalam mana-mana kontrak yang berasaskan senarai kuantiti atau pelan dan spesifikasi. Kerja-kerja undi yang dimaksudkan di sini ialah kerja-kerja memperbaiki bangunan, jalan, longkang, membersihkan kawasan dan lain-lain kerja pembaikan yang tidak mengubah struktur asal yang nilainya tidak melebihi RM 50,000. Jadual Kadar Harga ini disusun mengikut senarai ketukangan kerja berkaitan dengan pembaikan dan pengubahsuaian.
