DIVISION'S OBJECTIVE

Integrate all management of integrity-related matters under a specific unit so that it can be perfomed in a more focused and planned manner so that the institutional elements of integrity, prevention, compliance and misconduct detection can be enforced efficiently to achieve optimal results.

DIVISION'S FUNCTIONS 

The division is responsible to carry out six (6) core functions as per followings: 

a) Administration

    i) To ensure the best administration is being implemented

b) Strengthening Integrity

     i)  Ensure the organization's integrity is nurtured, institutionalised, and implemented

c) Detection and Verification

     i) Detect and confirm complaints of criminal misconduct and violations of the code of conduct and ethics of the organization and ensure appropriate follow-up action taken; and

    ii) Report criminal misconduct activity towards the responsible enforment agency

d) Complaint Management

    i) Receive and take action on all complaints/information on criminal misconduct and violations of organizational code of conduct and ethics

e) Compliance

    i) Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

f) Discipline

    i) Perform the secretariat function of the Disciplinary Board
