Objectives

  • Deliver a project conferring to the schedule agreed in the Q plan
  • Comprehensive the project according to the permitted cost
  • Spend an annual allocation in accordance with projections
  • Convey quality products that meet customer gratification

Functions

  • Handling the development projects Education and Higher Education in the country
  • Observe the implementation of projects in Education and Higher Education from the commencement project until transfer to the customer.
  • The new designs coordinate with the Branch Experts and the customer.
  • Deliver technical services to Education development projects and Higher Education.
  • Organize annual operating budget
  • To assist customers formulatebudgets the development of the Rancangan Malaysia.
