It is our pleasure to inform that the Asset Management Consulting Division, the Integrated Asset Planning Association, the Public Works Department will organize the JKR Facilities Management Seminar 2017 with the theme "KEEP EFFECTIVENESS OF JKR MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT CONTRACT" to provide exposure on Facility Management Contract (FM) and its implementation to staff JKR. This seminar is a continuation of the 2016 Public Sector Facilities Management Seminar held at Sasana Kijang on 12 & 13 October 2016. The target audience consists of JKR staff throughout Malaysia including from the Headquarters, State JKR, Districts and government agencies involved in the management of government facilities.
Among the objectives of the seminar are: -
• Understand a new approach in the implementation of JKR's Facilities Management and Maintenance Contract
• Provide awareness on the importance of using eSPFB and the relevance of lesson learnt
• Provide exposure to the implementation of facility contractor registration by CIDB
