THE LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (SST) HANDOVER CEREMONY FOR HEALTH CLINIC CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (TYPE 2) WITH QUARTERS PADANG SERAI, KULIM DISTRICT, KEDAH (REPLACEMENT) PHASE 1: HEALTH CLINIC (TYPE 2) WITH ADDITIONAL BLOCKS

The Letter of Acceptance (SST) Handover Ceremony took place on December 11, 2023 (Monday) and was officiated by YBrs. Ir. Shukri bin Ishak, Director of Cawangan Kerja Kesihatan located in Block G, Menara Kerja Raya Malaysia Headquarters.

The ceremony started with a speech by the Director of the Health Works Branch continued with the presentation of the Letter of Appointment of the Superintendent Officer to the representative of the Director of JKR Kedah. The ceremony was completed by handing over the Letter of Acceptance, Contract Documents and Construction Drawings (3 in 1) to the successful contractor.

This Health Clinic Construction Project (Type 2) With Quarters Padang Serai, Kulim District, Kedah (Replacement) Phase 1: Health Clinic (Type 2) With Additional Blocks involves:

1. The construction of a Health Clinic Type 2 using Pre-Approved Plan (PAP) design with an additional Infectious Disease (ID) component, TPC-OCHIS and CCTV
2. Additional Blocks (Guard House, Flammable Store, Ambulance Garage, and Pump House)
3. Procurement of Medical and Non-Medical Equipment and
4. Demolish the Dental Clinic building, Permatang Durian Health Clinic, 4 units of quarters, 2 units of Screening Room, Garage and Store.

Congratulations and appreciation are extended to the successful contractor, Bilang Nombor Sdn Bhd and all parties involved. It is hoped that this project can be completed within the agreed period of 130 weeks with perfection and quality as stipulated in the contract.
