Staffs from the Public Works Department has expressed great appreciation and gratitude for the service of YBRS. W. MOHD SAIPALLAH BIN W. KADIR, SENIOR SUPERINTENDING CIVIL ENGINEER, PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIVISION 2 (HOPT2), HEALTH WORK BRANCH who have ended end his service as a civil servant effective 22nd October 2017.
He started his career as a Civil Engineer on 27th July 1980 and was placed at the Kelantan State Public Works Department. He has also served at other branches such as Cawangan Jalan, IP JKR Malaysia, JKR Daerah Baling, Kedah, JKR Daerah Hulu Perak, Perak, JKR Negeri Kedah, JKR Negeri Perak, Jabatan Perumahan Negara dan Cawangan Kerja Bangunan Am.
During his 37 years in the civil service, he was awarded the Excellent Service Star (BCK), Kedah in 2006 and was awarded the Excellent Service Award(APC) in 2000.
He has provided valuable services and contributions to JKR in particular and in the country in general. We pray that he and his family will always be in good health, happiness and are always blessed by Allah SWT.
