Letter of Acceptance (SST) Awarding Ceremony for Pembinaan Bangunan Tambahan Wisma Laskar Di PTKK, Sabah, held on Thursday, 22 September 2023 at Emerald Hall, Level 18, Maju Tower Security Works Branch, JKR Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. The ceremony was concluded by the Director of Security Works Branch, JKR Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Ir. Maria Binti Marcus. Also present was Ms. Norazah binti Zainal, in her capacity as Assistant Secretary (Planning), Development Division, Ministry of Defence Malaysia (MinDef).
The program manager for this project is the Director of Security Works Branch (CKS), Ir. Maria Binti Marcus and the Director of Special Projects Group 2 (PPK2) have been appointed responsible for this project. The implementation method for this project is Design and Build with the collaboration between HOPT from the Project Management Division 2, CKS and all HODT JKR Teams.
This project includes the construction of living rooms, foyers, rest rooms, bathrooms and toilets, washing and drying rooms, technical and electrical rooms, fixed furniture and movable furniture, including curtains and railings, covered walkways and parking areas.
Congratulations to the successful contractor, Bangkit Energy & Pro Logistic (EM) Sdn. Bhd. with a project implementation period of 122 weeks. The site occupancy date for this project is set for September 29, 2023, and the completion date is January 29, 2026.
JKR, as the governing body of the government, enjoys the trust of the people in ensuring and realizing the government's aspirations so that this project can be completed perfectly, with quality and punctuality.
