28 OKTOBER 2015 – EAST COAST EXPRESSWAY 2 (LPT2) SITE VISIT BY YB MINISTRY OF KERJA RAYA WITH MEDIA.

Site Visit by YB Minister of Works, Dato’ Sri Haji Fadillah Haji Yusof to Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur 2 (LPT2) is held on 28^th October 2015. The site visit also attend by YB Exco Kerja Raya and Transportation Terengganu,   YB Ir. Rosli b Othman, Deputy Chief Director of Works, Dato’ Ir. Dr. Roslan b Md Taha, Chief Director of Malaysia Highway Authority, Dato’ Ir. Hj Ismail b Md Salleh also Terengganu Chief Police, Datuk Rosli Ab Rahman.

This visit start on 11 a.m at Perasing Rest & Relax Stop (R&R) with briefing by IKRAM PAVES Sdn Bhd about IKRAM Road Scanner (IRS) vehicle. The vehicle designed and special build for collecting information about the road surface in real time while Pavement Profiling Test (IRI).

After the briefing about the vehicle, YB Minister of Work and media are bring by the vehicle to watch Pavement Profiling Test (IRI) from IC Package/ Package 2/ package 3(from Perasing – Cheneh Exit- Chukai Exit- return to Perasing R&R)

Programme continue with closing talk to YB Minister of Works about Road Safety at LPT 2 by Malaysia Highway Authority, Royal Malaysia Police and also Public Works Department and ending with press conference by YB Ministry of Works to the media.
