The Handing Over Ceremony for the Upgrading and Renovation of the Malaysian Parliament Building Phase 2C(II) – Conference Hall Block Section was held on January 6, 2023 (Friday) at the Conference Hall Block, Parliament of Malaysia.

The ceremony was completed by YBrs. Ir. Rahmat bin Rashib, Senior General Manager of Construction, Special Project Team General Building Work Branch 1 (CKBA1) as the Representative of the Principal Officer to YBhg. Datuk Nor Yahati binti Awang, Chief Administrator of the Malaysian Parliament.

This ceremony was further enhanced by the presence of the guests of honor, YBrs. Dr. Nizam Mydin bin Bacha Mydin, Secretary of the House of Representatives, YBrs. Tuan Riduan bin Rahmat, Secretary of the Management Division of the Malaysian Parliament, Mr. Azni Shah bin Sulaiman, Managing Director of Blackfox Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as the Main Contractor, Senior Officials of the Malaysian Parliament, CKBA1 Special Project Team and the team from the Main Contractor.
