On September 18, 2023, a meeting session between Ahli Majlis Tindakan Kader (MTK) and YBhg. Datuk Ir. Ahmad Redza Bin Ghulam Rasool, Director General of Works which took place at Ibu Pejabat JKR Malaysia. The meeting was also attended by the Pengarah Cawangan Dasar Dan Pengurusan Korporat (CDPK) and also representatives from CDPK.
The session was held for the first time to strengthen the relationship between JKR Cadre employees and the Supreme Management of JKR Malaysia. In the session, YBhg. Datuk KPKR also conveyed the mandate and vision and mission of the Department in line with the development of the country and also the role of Ahli Majlis Tindakan Kader (MTK) as a medium platform for the delivery of information / directives / guidelines from Ibu Pejabat JKR to Kader employees in the Ministry / Office / Agency.
YBhg. Datuk KPKR also expressed his highest appreciation and gratitude to JKR Cadre employees who have played an important role in assisting the implementation and management of projects in Ministries/Agencies and indirectly made it clear that JKR's role as a technical advisor is significant. There was also a session of sharing ideas, opinions and discussions on the virtues of JKR Cadre employees as well as problems that exist among JKR Cadre employees.
