Ir. Dr. Megat Zuhairy bin Megat Tajuddin, Senior Superintendent Electrical Engineer at Public Works Department (Malaysia) is currently a Government Fellow at the United Nations University Operating Unit on Policy Driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV), located in Guimarães, Portugal.

He will deliver a seminar on 12 September 2017 entitled “The Impact of Broadband Penetration on the Student Performance in Primary and Secondary School in Malaysia: a Study Proposal”.
