Setinggi Ucapan Tahniah: Penganugerahan Ph.D kepada Sr Dr Muhamad Rosdi Bin Senam

Syabas dan tahniah diucapkan kepada Sr. Dr. Muhamad Rosdi bin Senam, Juruukur Bahan Penguasa, Bahagian Kejuruteraan Infrastruktur Pengangkutan dan Cerun, Cawangan Kontrak dan Ukur Bahan, Ibu Pejabat JKR Malaysia kerana telah berjaya menyempurnakan pengajian Ph.D beliau dan dianugerahkan Ijazah "Doctor Of Philosophy (Built Environment)" pada 14 Jun 2019 oleh UNIVERSITI ISLAM ANTARABANGSA MALAYSIA (UIAM). Beliau telah menyempurnakan kajian bertajuk “Islamic Leadership Principles in Project Management: Assessment of Its Applicability and Strategies for The Public Works Department of Malaysia”.

Beliau telah memulakan pengajian Ph.D pada September 2012 dengan biasiswa Hadiah Latihan Persekutuan (HLP) JPA.  Sepanjang pengajian, beliau telah membentangkan dan menyumbangkan  beberapa kertas kerja dan jurnal diperingkat Jabatan, kebangsaan dan antarabangsa seperti berikut:
