SYABAS DAN TAHNIAH - Ir. Dr. Hj. ZARABIZAN BIN ZAKARIA, dianugerahkan Ijazah "DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY" berkuatkuasa 11 November 2015 oleh Senat Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)

Syabas dan tahniah diucapkan kepada Ir. Dr. Hj. ZARABIZAN BIN ZAKARIA, Ph.D, P.Eng.Penolong Pengarah Kanan (Awam), Bahagian Pembangunan Skim Kejuruteraan (BPSK), Cawangan Dasar dan Pengurusan Korporat (CDPK), Ibu Pejabat JKR Malaysia, kerana telah berjaya menyempurnakan pengajian Ph.D beliau dalam tempoh 3 (tiga) tahun (“Graduate on Time”) dan dianugerahkan Ijazah "DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY" berkuatkuasa 11 November 2015 oleh Senat Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Beliau telah melaksanakan pengajian Ph.D secara “research” dengan tajuk thesis beliau “Final Account Closing in Construction Project - Project Management Perspective”.
